In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service. You will manage front desk operations, assist with reservations, and provide information about our spa services while promoting an unforgettable experience for all guests. What you'll do Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out processes Manage reservations and appointments efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system (Booker by Mind Body software) Provide detailed information about spa services, amenities, and promotions to enhance guest experiences Upsell additional services and products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment Skills Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences Proficiency in POS systems and retail sales techniques Experience in supervising staff or leading teams in a retail or hospitality environment Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively to promote spa offerings Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse guests Solid understanding of merchandising principles to optimize product displays Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with guests effectively About us At House of Hudson Day Spa, we believe in enriching lives through exceptional service.
