Responsibilities Assist senior stylists with hair styling, coloring, and finishing techniques, ensuring client satisfaction Prepare clients for services by performing consultations and explaining treatment options clearly Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Support with retail sales by recommending products such as hair care, nail care, makeup, and retail accessories Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY, greeting clients warmly, and handling check-ins and check-outs Assist with specialized services such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, or nail care when needed Help mentor new team members by sharing best practices and fostering a positive team atmosphere Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; additional certifications in eyelash extensions or nail care are a plus Experience with hair extensions, color theory, and straight razor techniques is highly desirable Familiarity with salon software systems such as
