Our team thrives on passion, purpose, and play , delivering exceptional experiences that make our clients look and feel amazing. We're looking for friendly, energetic, and service-minded individuals to join our Guest Services team. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and working in a fast-paced, luxury environment, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Schedule client appointments in-person, over the phone, and online Offer additional services, retail products, and gift cards Communicate with our stylists and providers about client needs Handle check-out and process payments efficiently Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment Keep the energy high and positive, making every client feel special
Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or retail Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor Confidence navigating computer software and technology Reliable, punctual, and professional Must be 18+ years old Weekend and evening availability required If you're a team player who loves the beauty and wellness industry, this is the perfect role for you!
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
