Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and workstations are hygienic and organized. Support with retail sales by recommending hair care products, makeup items, and retail math strategies to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue through upselling. Operate salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently. Help with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and handling payments. Assist in applying color theory principles for coloring services and support stylist mentoring efforts for new team members. Contribute to store management tasks by maintaining inventory levels of hair tools like straight razors, brushes, threading supplies, and other retail products. Qualifications Passionate about the beauty industry with a strong interest in hair styling, barbering, and cosmetology. Basic knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe salon environment. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and provide outstanding customer service. Experience or familiarity with salon software such as

MINDBODY

is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and retail sales techniques is a plus. Ability to work well in a team environment while demonstrating strong store management skills.
