Full Job Description Pay Structure:

Daily base pay + Commission $150 daily base pay and 10% commission on sales (average sale ticket $2500) Overview Join our dynamic team as a Spa Sales Associate and become the friendly, energetic face of our wellness and beauty retail environment! Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs, offering personalized recommendations Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations Conduct stock checks, organize inventory, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a Medical spa or health/wellness environment Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with excellent customer service orientation Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and creating appealing displays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently and accurately Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to enhancing wellness experiences!
