We're not your average salon. Our founding family introduced threading to South Florida — featured in the Miami Herald, NBC 6, and Telemundo — and we've built a compensation system designed for providers who want to earn what they're worth.
How you get paid:
Hourly base pay (rate based on experience) Daily commission on facials, tinting, and upsells Commission on product and perfume sales 100% of your tips, paid same-day Performance bonuses for client reviews Our top providers earn $7,000-$10,000/month. We'll show you exactly how the math works in your first interview. What we're looking for: Florida license (esthetics, full specialist, or cosmetology) Skilled in threading, facials, waxing, lashes, tinting, or brow services (the more the better — we'll help you grow the rest) Someone who treats clients like relationships, not transactions Reliable, professional, and hungry to build a client base What you get from us: Steady walk-in + booked traffic across established locations A real training and support system, not sink-or-swim A team that actually promotes you — your work featured on our social media Room to grow as we expand to new locations Apply with your license type and experience.
