In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, assist clients with bookings and product selections, and help maintain a clean, relaxing environment. This is a great opportunity to grow within the wellness industry while creating a positive experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere Assist clients with booking appointments and answering questions about services Recommend and upsell spa services and retail products Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the spa Handle front desk transactions, including payments and retail sales Prepare treatment areas and support therapists as needed Educate guests on services, products, and wellness options Work with team members to ensure a smooth and professional guest experience Requirements Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in wellness or hospitality Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to upsell while maintaining a positive guest experience Basic cash handling and attention to detail Knowledge of sanitation standards in a spa setting Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Background in cosmetology or a related field is a plus
