Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, check appointments, and manage the front desk . Assist hairstylists with hair extensions, color theory applications, and hair styling techniques to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly. Support retail sales by upselling products like hair care items, nail care products, and makeup essentials while providing expert advice. Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins/outs, and follow-up communications to foster strong customer relationships. Mentor new team members on salon procedures and assist with store management tasks to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications Cosmetology or barbering license required; or in hair school. Strong communication skills to engage with clients confidently and professionally. Ability to perform retail math for upselling and inventory management efficiently. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly and proactive attitude. Willingness to learn new skills .
