Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wellness Center Consultant to join our health-focused team. In this role, you will serve as a motivational and educational resource for clients seeking to improve their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health coaching and behavioral health. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' health journeys. We prioritize personal responsibility, teamwork, and work-life balance. We hold a high standard and work together to achieve that standard. As representatives of the float community, we not only represent the spa but also flotation therapy as a whole globally. Responsibilities - Be the face of the spa and provide excellent customer service for guests. Follow opening/mid/closing shift duties. Answer phone calls and emails. Conduct a small guided tour. Set up and start equipment. Check clients in & out, including taking payment. Maintain cleanliness of the spa, including front desk, oasis room, intro video room, prep room, bathrooms, pods, spa suites and back room. Maintain laundry. Speak to guests, get to know them.
