What We're Looking For :

Experience :

Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.

Must have a warm, outgoing, and bubbly personality with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people.

Organizational Skills :

Stellar organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy :

Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
