Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated provider with a strong interest in integrative medicine, primary care , aesthetic medicine, hormone health and weight management. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, forward-thinking and eager to help patients explore a variety of wellness services within our practice. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive consultations and follow-up care in preventive and integrative medicine Perform assessments, order and interpret labs, and develop individualized treatment plans Offer guidance in areas such as hormone health, nutrition and metabolic wellness Collaborate with our clinical and aesthetics team to ensure patients receive seamless care Educate patients about available treatments and support them in achieving their goals Qualifications Active Florida NP/PA license Prior experience in functional, integrative or preventive medicine preferred Strong communication and patient-education skills Motivated, professional and open to learning new modalities 2+ years of experience working in a Primary Care setting A background or interest in aesthetics or wellness therapies is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation - annual salary with performance incentives Opportunities for professional growth in both medical and wellness specialties Supportive team culture and access to innovative treatments and therapies
