As an Experienced Loctician, you will play a key role in creating beautiful, healthy locs while fostering a welcoming environment for all clients. This paid position offers opportunities for growth, mentorship, and professional development within a thriving beauty community. Responsibilities Perform professional loc maintenance, retwisting, interlocking, and shampoo and treatment services Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable loc services and maintenance routines Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace adhering to salon sanitation standards and protocols Requirements Proven experience as a Loctician with strong skills in client consultation, loc styling, and loc maintenance Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide outstanding customer service Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment Position highlights: No clientele required Clients will be provided Training provided for all new hires Must be professional, teachable, and detail-oriented Ideal for someone ready to grow in a specialty loc salon environment Hair Signed by Elle is more than a salon.
