Job Description
Pool & Spa Assistant Service Technician $750 Sign-On Bonus Do you enjoy figuring out how things work? Are you the person people call when something breaks? Do you take pride in solving problems, helping customers, and doing quality work? If so, we want to talk to you. Diamond Pool & Spa is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our service team. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of pool care and maintenance. As your skills grow, you'll have opportunities to learn troubleshooting, repairs, equipment installation, and other advanced service work. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair pool & spa equipment Install pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems Detect and repair leaks Perform seasonal openings, maintenance and closings Install safety covers Provide professional customer service What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license Dependable and self-motivated Professional attitude Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors Experience in maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, construction, landscaping, or similar fields is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person.
