Job Description

A busy, well-established plastic surgery practice, medical spa, and skin care center in the Louisville metro area is seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-volume practice offering a full range of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services, comprehensive skin care treatments, and hormone replacement therapy.
Responsibilities:
Assist the surgeon in preoperative and postoperative patient care Assist with minimally invasive procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and in-office surgery under local anesthesia Provide patient education and follow-up care Participate in minor wound care and in-office procedures Assist with the maintenance of a sterile operating room environment, including ordering surgical instruments, maintaining sterile instrument trays, overseeing sterilization of instruments, and maintenance of surgical equipment Help maintain inventory of surgical instruments and medical supplies Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications:
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Active Kentucky license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong clinical and technical aptitude Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, or skin care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with sterile technique, instrument handling, and procedural workflow is a plus, though we are willing to train a motivated candidate with a strong desire to learn and grow in aesthetic medicine.
