Job Summary We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team! You will provide routine care to a gentleman who benefits from participating in the life of the community. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building a genuine relationship with the one you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets his needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Responsibilities Assist client to doctor appointments Ensure client is going out into the community and participating in activities daily Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor Build a relationship with client by conversing with him to help keep them mentally healthy and alert Qualifications Driver's license required Vehicle -Driving is required CPR certification required
