Physical requirements of this position include: standing / walking for sustained periods of time, lifting up to 10 pounds / continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms, and continuous grasping and reaching / Continually required to bend, stoop, and talk Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Job Duties:
Check in/out clientsService clients with shampoo and treatment servicesAssist stylists with maintaining the salon flowAssist with client hair services as neededSubmit shift formsPreform assigned open / close dutiesPerform services within time standardsAdhere to the uniform standard (including hair)Complete shift tasksFollow our salon standards for services, behavior and general workflowHave complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training clients in these areasKeep a clean & hygienic work spaceService clients within NappStar standardsDevelop professional relationships with regular clients & welcome new clientsAssist fellow stylists with services to ensure no wait time for clientsCommunicate effectively with Stylists and Management about service pricing and client notesParticipate in creating content with the social media team for salon marketingParticipate in training and reviews Maintain a consistent, regular attendance recordProperly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the salons policies and proceduresCommunicate to management any and all occurrences involving team members or clients in the salon that require attentionMaintain complete confidentiality in all client matters in accordance with company policyHandle client questions and concerns professionally Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients ensuring complete client satisfactionPossess the ability to work without direct supervisionRegularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the salonAssist in all areas of salon operations, as requested by managementWork during black out dates and Mandatory work daysBe flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the salon recblid qdvitspi6wsh0sp6vtfee2mfaxelm1
