We specialize in protective styling and full-service braiding in a professional, uplifting environment rooted in excellence, creativity, and growth. Position Overview The Braiding Specialist will provide high-quality braiding services while delivering an elevated client experience consistent with the Queen Level Beauty brand. Responsibilities Provide professional braiding services, including (but not limited to): Protective styles Box braids Knotless braids Bohemian knotless braids, Fulani braids, Cornrows, Stitch, Feed ins,etc Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with Michigan standards Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships Communicate effectively with clients regarding hair care, maintenance, and services Uphold salon policies, professionalism, and brand standards Qualifications Proven skills and experience Strong knowledge of hair care, styling techniques, and hair health Client-focused, professional, and reliable Passionate about personal and professional growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic
