Job Overview Welcome to Holliewood Brows & Beauty , a professional permanent makeup and esthetics studio specializing in Nano Brows, Lip Blushing, Lash Line Enhancement, and a variety of beauty services including waxing, threading, tinting, brow laminations, lash lifts, and more. Our award-winning artists bring extensive experience from diverse beauty industry backgrounds and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. As a premier beauty studio, we provide not only exceptional beauty services, but also valuable industry knowledge and education to our clients and the community. We are currently seeking a motivated, professional beauty industry specialist to join our team. An open studio room is available for an individual who is client-focused, active on social media. An individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to personal and professional growth, along with a proven work ethic and drive to succeed. As a freelancer, you must be capable of building your own client base initially. In return, we team will actively support your growth by promoting your services on our platform and running targeted advertising campaigns to help expand your clientele. We are open to expanding our service offerings; however, at this time, we are NOT hiring permanent makeup artists. Responsibilities Provide high-quality esthetic and beauty services in a professional studio environment Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service Promote services and engage with clients through social media platforms Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the treatment room and equipment Manage appointments, client communication, and scheduling professionally Retain and grow an existing clientele while attracting new clients Stay current on beauty industry trends, techniques, and products Collaborate positively with the studio team and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere Uphold studio policies, professionalism, and brand standards at all times Assist in promoting new services, seasonal specials, and studio events when needed Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and friendly demeanor Social media marketing and content creation experience Ability to build and maintain client relationships Time management and organizational skills Knowledge of esthetic and beauty industry services and products Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Sales and client retention abilities Attention to detail and cleanliness standards Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with booking systems and client scheduling Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and wellness

Pay:

$40.00 - $100.00 per hour
