Independent Contractor / Contract Position Bring Comfort and Confidence to Our Residents Carver Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Beautician to provide hair care and grooming services to our residents on a contract basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for a licensed cosmetologist who enjoys working with seniors and wants to make a meaningful difference by helping residents look and feel their best. Position Summary The Contract Beautician will provide salon services to residents within our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Services may include haircuts, shampoos, sets, styling, and other basic beauty services. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and experienced in working with elderly residents in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities Provide hair care services including shampooing, cutting, styling, and sets Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Build positive relationships with residents and staff Schedule appointments and manage service times efficiently Follow all infection control and safety procedures Supply your own tools and products unless otherwise arranged Qualifications Current North Carolina Cosmetology License Experience providing services in a long-term care or senior living setting preferred Compassionate and patient demeanor Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work independently as a contractor Professional liability insurance preferred Contract Details Independent Contractor position Flexible schedule Established resident clientele Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives Why Join Us?
