Part-Time Spa Attendant Job Description Summary The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to spa guests, maintaining a clean and relaxing environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally Assist guests with selecting spa services and products Prepare treatment rooms for guests Provide guests with robes, slippers, and other amenities Serve refreshments to guests Maintain a clean and organized spa environment Ensure that all spa equipment is in working order Handle guest complaints and resolve them promptly Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Maintain confidentiality of guest information Ensure prompt responses to all guest inquiries. •Must be able to work weekends.
