Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a Spa & Marketing Assistant . This role supports daily spa operations while also helping grow our brand through content creation and marketing efforts. Responsibilities Spa Attendant Duties Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa Restock supplies and manage laundry Assist with creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere Support staff with daily operational needs Marketing Assistant Duties Capture photos and videos for Instagram and TikTok Assist in creating content (Reels, Stories, Posts) Design simple marketing materials using Canva Support weekly promotions and campaigns Help increase engagement and brand visibility Qualifications Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) Basic Canva or content creation skills preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Interest in wellness, health, and self-care Perks & Benefits Flexible part-time schedule Opportunities for growth within the company Employee discounts on spa services Positive, supportive, and uplifting work environment Growth Opportunities This role has the potential to grow into: Marketing Coordinator Spa Operations Lead Brand Manager
