Spa Assistant/Salt Sherpa

Wolf Moon Salt Cave & Stress Reduction Center is hiring a Spa Assistant/Salt Sherpa rotating days, evenings, and weekend shifts.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding Wolf Moon amenities, local attractions, etc.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with coordinating guest services such as laundry, salt cave tours/resets, nightly resets, etc.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
• Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations, guest check-in/check-out, and other administrative tasks
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
