The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, has a strong eye for symmetry and facial features, and is confident performing facial waxing and lash lift/tint services. You will play a key role in delivering high=quality services and creating a welcoming, professional experience for every client. Responsibilities Provide eyebrow shaping services including waxing, tinting and trimming Perform facial waxing services (lip, chin, sideburns, etc) Perform lash lift and tint treatments safely and effectively Consult with clients to understand their preferences and reccomend suitable brow shapes/services Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products when appropriate Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area. Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations to enhance their experience Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to offer the latest services Qualifications Must be able to show work (before & after photos) Minimum 2 years of experience as an eyebrow specialist or similar role Proficiency in facial waxing & lash lift services Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for symmetry Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Esthetician license is a plus
