Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shampoo Assistant . The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients by providing excellent shampooing services and assisting stylists during appointments. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit. Perform shampooing, conditioning, and scalp massage services with attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shampoo area and salon equipment. Utilize salon software to manage client appointments and records effectively. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the salon. Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Answer phones as well as book appointments through our appointment booking system. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of color theory and cosmetology principles is preferred. Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. A passion for the beauty industry, with a desire for continuous learning and professional development in salon practices.
