As a Hair Stylist assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Hair Stylists and ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will play a key role in maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence while contributing to a positive team environment. This is a great opportunity to build yourself up. Responsibilities Assist in reception duties; answer phone calls, check-in/out clients, schedule appt, etc. Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. process transactions accurately and manage cash handling duties. Assist the Stylist by setting up and cleaning up after each service. Perform shampoo, conditioning, blow-drying, and styling services for clients. Light cleaning; maintaining a neat and inviting atmosphere. Maintain inventory; restocking shelves, unpacking and organizing deliveries of new products and supplies. Requirements Cosmetology License or Permit. Availability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays. Must be available to work 10hr shift Experienced with performing blowouts is a plus Ability to multitask in high volume situations. A willingness to learn, grow and accept coaching and feedback. Attention to detail in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute positively to the salon atmosphere.
