Med Spa Medical Assistant (CMA Required)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a strong background in aesthetics and hands-on clinical skills. This is not an entry-level role; candidates must be confident performing injections and working in a high-performance med spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer IM and SQ injections , including vitamins and vaccines, under provider supervision Perform venipuncture for lab draws and wellness services Conduct pre-treatment calls to review medical history and prepare patients Perform post-treatment follow-up calls to monitor outcomes and reinforce aftercare Prepare patients for exams and treatments Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories Assist providers with charting, medication/vitamin preparation, and treatment setup Take Before & After photos for charting & social media purposes. Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols Manage clinical inventory and room readiness Support efficient clinic flow and high-end patient experience Qualifications Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (required) Minimum 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in a med spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting (required) Proven, independent experience performing injections and venipuncture (required) Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and patient care workflows Excellent communication skills and professional presentation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
