Whether they've had a look for 10 years or 10 minutes, you'll ensure they leave blō Out Lounge & Colour Bar looking and more importantly, feeling better than when they first came in.

Key Responsibilities:

Color Expertise:

Utilize our Kevin Murphy, Davines, and Redken Shades color lines to create the color and tones of our guests' dreams. From root touch-ups to balayages, each color and look is personalized to our guests after thorough consultations each visit.

Masterful Haircuts:

Deliver precision haircuts that reflect client preferences and enhance their natural beauty.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide personalized consultations, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and confidence in their look.

Continuous Learning:

Embrace ongoing training and education opportunities to stay ahead in the latest trends and techniques.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to foster a supportive and positive salon environment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the cosmetology field.

Certification:

Valid NJ cosmetology license.

Skills:

Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
