  • Flexible Full-Time (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our growing healthcare and med spa team.
This position plays an important role in supporting clinical operations, patient care, administrative functions, patient engagement, and practice growth within a modern wellness and aesthetic practice. The Medical Assistant will assist providers with medical and aesthetic services, support daily clinic operations, coordinate patient care, and contribute to the success of the practice through exceptional customer service, patient education, follow-up, and sales. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the ideal candidate is comfortable discussing treatments, memberships, packages, and wellness programs with patients. Success in this role includes helping convert inquiries into appointments, supporting patient retention efforts, and building strong relationships that enhance the overall patient experience while contributing to clinic growth. This is a flexible full-time 1099 independent contractor position ideal for an experienced Medical Assistant who enjoys both patient care and patient engagement, and who is looking for opportunities to grow within a collaborative healthcare and wellness environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping patients look, feel, and live their best while supporting the continued growth and success of the practice.
