Job Description
Get Flawless By IJala Hair & Beauty Salon LLC is seeking a passionate, professional, and talented Loctitian/Natural Hair Stylist to join our growing team! We are looking for someone experienced in healthy hair practices, natural hair care, and loc services who is eager to grow within an education-focused salon environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform loc installations, maintenance, retwists, repairs, and styling
- Provide natural hair services including braiding, twists, protective styles, and treatments
- Educate clients on healthy hair and scalp maintenance
- Recommend retail products and home care routines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to state regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with salon events, education opportunities, and community engagement when needed
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid cosmetology license or natural hair license (preferred)
- Minimum experience in loc services and natural hair care
- Knowledge of textured hair and scalp health preferred
- Professional, reliable, and customer service oriented
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
