HSS is looking for flexible and reliable Spa Embassador to service our luxury hotels in the area.

Spa Attendant Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $22-$24ph . This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Requirements:

Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must have reliable transportation. Should have at least 1 year of Spa Ambassador experience. Willing to work on weekends and holidays. Willing to do heavy lifting.

Job Summary:

As a Spa Ambassador, you are the heart of our spa experience. Your primary role is to ensure every guest has everything they need to fully enjoy their visit. From providing towels and amenities to anticipating any other needs, you create a welcoming, relaxing, and seamless experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests and provide a personalized welcome. Anticipate and attend to all guest needs, including towels, amenities, refreshments, and comfort items. Ensure guests have a seamless and relaxing experience from arrival to departure. Maintain clean, organized, and inviting spa spaces. Communicate guest preferences or feedback to the spa team to enhance service quality. Support the spa team as needed to ensure smooth operations. Create a memorable, attentive, and luxurious experience for every guest.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or spa environment preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Genuine desire to provide outstanding guest care and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
