Deliver eye-enhancing services like eyelash extensions and hair threading to accentuate natural features. Conduct nail care treatments including manicures and pedicures with attention to sanitation standards. Educate clients on product use and retail options through effective upselling and retail sales techniques. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the workspace in compliance with health regulations. Demonstrate excellent communication skills by listening attentively to clients' preferences and providing tailored recommendations. Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, skin care, and body treatments to ensure innovative service offerings. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetics or barbering. Proven experience in hair styling, skin treatments, nail care, or related beauty services. Knowledge of color theory principles for hair coloring techniques. Familiarity with retail math for upselling products effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Competence in sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Ability to perform specialized services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, and hair threading confidently.
