What You'll Do:
Welcome & Guide:
Be the first to greet guests as they enter the spa and provide them with a personalized orientation of our luxurious facilities.
Create the
Ultimate Relaxation Experience:
Ensure the lounge, locker rooms, and fitness center are always clean, organized, and fully stocked with high-quality amenities.
Support our
Spa Therapists:
Assist therapists with room turnovers, spa laundry, and ensuring treatment rooms are always stocked and ready for the next guest.
Guest Satisfaction:
Escort guests to their lockers, issue robes and slippers, and provide a seamless and relaxing experience throughout their visit.
Maintain Cleanliness & Order:
Keep the spa areas immaculate by maintaining cleanliness in all guest spaces, including wet areas, locker rooms, and public spaces.
Guest Assistance:
Assist guests in navigating their spa appointments, ensuring their comfort and happiness every step of the way.
Inventory Management:
Stock locker room supplies and ensure that spa areas are well-supplied and presentable. Keep an accurate inventory of all amenities and alert management when restocking is needed.
Professional Hospitality:
Handle all guest interactions with the utmost professionalism, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
Ensure Spa Safety:
Help maintain the safety and security of the spa by monitoring guest access and maintaining a calm, peaceful atmosphere.
Continuous Improvement:
Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on spa operations, safety protocols, and customer service techniques.

Guest Service Excellence:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage spa supplies, inventory, and cleanliness.

The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, spa therapists, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and lifting.
Professionalism:
Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and uniform guidelines.
Adaptability:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the spa is open seven days a week.
A Helping Hand:
Experience in hospitality, retail, or the spa industry is preferred, and a strong understanding of basic sanitation and safety is required.
Lifeguard Certification:
Must have or be willing to obtain a Shallow Water Lifeguard Certification, including CPR & First Aid training (training will be provided).
Physical, Mental, & Environmental Demands:
Physically mobile with the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items as needed.
Work in a fast-paced, mentally and physically demanding environment, while maintaining professionalism.
