What You'll Do:

Greet and welcome clients, offering an exceptional first impression and complimentary beverages Answer business phones and assist with appointments (walk-ins, phone, and online bookings) Support stylists with daily salon services and client care Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for services as directed by stylists Prepare hot towels and maintain a comfortable, relaxing environment Keep the salon spotless, organized, and running smoothly — cleanliness is essential Assist with laundry, restocking, and general maintenance Recommend and upsell salon products and services to clients

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, responsible, and professional Previous experience in a salon or beauty setting preferred (but not required) Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and people skills A team player who takes direction well and is eager to learn Genuine passion for the beauty industry and staying current with trends
