We specialize in fat reduction, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage to provide our clients with transformative results and an enhanced sense of well-being.Position Overview:
As a Body Sculpting Consultant & Specialist at Cold Sweat Cryo, you will play a pivotal role in consulting with new clients, educating them on our range of non-invasive services, and customizing treatment plans to meet their unique needs. This is a hybrid role that combines elements of client consultation, sales, relationship building, and service coordination to ensure an exceptional client experience.Responsibilities:
Client Consultation :
- Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand their body goals and concerns.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our non-invasive services, including fat reduction, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage.
- Assess client eligibility for specific treatments and provide realistic expectations.
Sales and Treatment Planning:
- Effectively communicate and sell treatment packages to both new and existing clients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
- Collaborate with clients to schedule appointments and coordinate treatment timelines.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment to enhance the overall client experience.
Client Retention and Referral Generation:
- Implement strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Encourage clients to leave positive reviews and generate referrals through excellent service.
- Actively contribute to building a strong client community.
Results and Performance:
- Focus on delivering exceptional results for clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the spa.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry is preferred.
- Comfortable with customer service, effective communication, and sales.
- Background as a massage therapist, fitness trainer, esthetician, nurse, dietician, or related field is advantageous.
Compensation:
- Starting salary at $18 an hour plus commission.
- 5%-15% commission on sales.
- End-of-year bonus.
- Opportunity to make up to $80,000+ per year with all compensation elements.
