This entry-level position supports the smooth operation of the spa by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The Spa Back plays a key role in assisting service providers and ensuring that every client experience is comfortable and relaxing.

Qualified Candidates:

Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

Support massage therapists, estheticians, and stretch service providers with room turnover and treatment preparation (e.g., hot towels, supplies). Ensure all areas of the clinic — including treatment rooms, restrooms, and lobby — are clean, stocked, and well-maintained. Refill lotion and treatment product bottles and organize clinic inventory and supplies. Perform cleaning duties as needed, maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
