Engage with clients professionally to understand their needs, offering product demos and upselling additional services or retail items to enhance their experience. Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share updates, and connect with potential clients for business growth. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and product inventory for seamless service delivery. Collaborate with clients to customize treatments such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, or esthetic laser treatments based on individual goals and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in cosmetology or esthetician roles with knowledge of hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, and makeup application. Certification in cosmetology or related fields; additional training carding for the vulnerable and the elderly Familiarity with salon management software for scheduling and client records. Strong communication skills with the ability to be patient with clients and treating their hair effectively. Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety regulations across all services offered. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities. Ability to work independently in a mobile setting while maintaining high levels of professionalism and guest service excellence.
