Job Description

ABOUT US
Cedar Rose Spa is located one mile east of Deadwood, South Dakota. We are a high-end day spa with a resort like atmosphere. Specializing in massages, facials, nails, whole-body treatments and energy healing. We also have a beautiful outdoor Garden space that includes 2 hot tubs, a dry sauna, an infrared sauna and a steam sauna. This position is Tuesday-Saturday, 8:15am - 4:30-5:30pm (30-40 hrs per week)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a team member that wants to be a part of a team who is dedicated to growth. For ourselves, for others and for the spa. Someone who wants a future in the spa/healing industry. Who enjoys their job and looks forward to interacting with guests and team members throughout the day. Someone who has respect for our beautiful spa.
Are you:
reliable professional organized self-motivated observant detail oriented able to retain information efficient in time management able to follow protocols and procedures able to multitask able to navigate our Spa Software enjoys interacting with guests in person and on the phone able to handle difficult situations in-person and on the phone able to lift 50+ lbs. able to stand/move around for long periods able to thorough clean light/deep
IN A WORKDAY
8:15 start time open the spa check guests in/out input guests' information handle register transactions answer phones book appointments answer questions pertaining to spa services/amenities clean throughout the day after guests keep The Garden saunas turned on & picked up tend to guests before/after services keep track of retail items help with laundry as needed close the spa 4:30-5:30 end time
