Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic services including waxing, eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, and facials with precision and care. Deliver outstanding guest services by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing education on topics like facials, eyebrows, lashes and body waxing techniques. Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build community loyalty. Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing guest flow seamlessly. Qualifications Valid Aesthetics license or esthetician certification with experience in waxing, facials, lash extensions, and brow shaping. Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a spa or salon setting. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Skills in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online.
