Spa Sales Associate:
an enthusiastic individual who knows how to communicate and loves interacting with people. This is a customer service and sales job. The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting new people, be able to present and promote ideas and services, and should know how to handle rejection and turn into an opportunity. This opportunity is a great chance to learn and grow in your career. Note- this is not a summer job.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Provide excellent customer service to members/guests of the spa Answer phone and and book guest appointments. Responsible for explaining and selling spa services over the phone Welcome and greet members/guests upon their arrivalUpsell services to guests who visit the spa Sell spa memberships, gift cards and upgrades Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance The primaryQualifications and Requirements:
Sales/customer service experience is preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate A passion for people and sales/customer service- this is a must to have.
