We are looking for a team member who can work through fall.

Responsibilities for this role include:

Provide excellent customer service to members/guests of the spa Answer phone and and book guest appointments. Responsible for explaining and selling spa services over the phone Welcome and greet members/guests upon their arrivalUpsell services to guests who visit the spa Sell spa memberships, gift cards and upgrades Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance The primary

Qualifications and Requirements:

Sales/customer service experience is preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate A passion for people and sales/customer service
