Amenity Attendant- Seasonal Arch Amenities Group - 3.2 Austin, TX Job Details Part-time | Seasonal $18 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Body mechanics Full Job Description The Amenities Attendant is responsible for the general supervision of an amenity floor in a luxury apartment building in downtown Austin, TX. This includes the fitness center, spa/wellness space, outdoor pool and indoor lounge and club room. This is a part time position, 16-24 hours per week between the hours of 6am and 10pm. First shift is 6am - 2pm, second shift is 2pm-10pm. Great opportunity for a Summer job- close to UT campus. Flexibility within scheduled shift times.

Responsibilities:

Sets-up, maintains and cleans fitness equipment Tends to fitness and spa towel service Tends to pool and fitness towel service Maintains spa cold plunges Tends to espresso machines Straightens pool furniture Welcomes guests, explains programs and activities in building Reports and resolves complaints Maintains attendance records and ensures rules and regulations are enforced in a tactful manner Is timely and punctual when reporting to work. Attend all scheduled training and meetings as required. Ensure the desk and surrounding area is safe, clean and orderly. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED At least 6 months of experience working in a hospitality or recreation venue. A strong work ethic Must exhibit organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently, ability to show initiative and make decisions Excellent customer service skills Professional manner, discretion, and appearance Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards job and facility. Must be able to troubleshoot and anticipate problems. Ability to stand for long periods Awareness of proper body mechanics to prevent injury This position required the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms Ability to lift 25 lbs.
