Summary Overview The Spa Summer Internship at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, supports daily spa operations while gaining hands-on experience in guest services, wellness treatments, and facility management. This role is ideal for students or individuals pursuing a career in hospitality, wellness, or cosmetology. Learning Opportunities Exposure to spa operations and guest experience standards Understanding of wellness treatments and spa services Training in customer service and hospitality best practices Insight into spa retail and product knowledge Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner Support front desk operations (appointments, check-ins/check-outs, phone inquiries) Maintain cleanliness andanization of treatment rooms, locker areas, andmon spaces Prepare treatment rooms (linens, supplies, sanitation) Assist spa therapists and staff as needed Replenish products and amenities throughout the spa Ensurepliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Provide guests with information about services, products, and promotions Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recentlypleted a program in hospitality, cosmetology, wellness, or a related field (preferred) Strongmunication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail andmitment to cleanliness Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift light supplies (e.g., linens, products)
