Job Description

Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) currently practicing in the medical aesthetic field, seeking a role where you can make a difference in the confidence, self-esteem and overall wellness of your patients? If so, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center has the full or part time position you're looking for. We have three locations in the Austin area looking for those experienced in IV therapies. Widely recognized for revolutionizing the medical spa business, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center is a brand synonymous with wellness transformation and results-driven Age Management. For over 10 years, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center has led the pack when it comes to cutting edge technologies, pioneering a proprietary hormone therapy program as well as offering a high level of service to the wellness and aesthetics industries. This position would be for our Austin locations. Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center and its seasoned team of industry professionals is devoted to helping clients on their journey to total body rejuvenation. BHRC specializes in providing its customers with the most advanced testing and the latest in gold-standard healthcare products and services, including: medical-grade peels, advanced laser treatments, cosmetic injectables, skincare, body sculpting, hormone replacement therapy, and more. The perfect candidate should posses a passion for aesthetic medicine and be highly skilled in their craft or exhibit a strong desire and commitment to learn. They should demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care, be a team player, self-motivated and detail oriented with a polished professional attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform H&P and collaborate with patients to develop best treatment plans for their desired outcome and create an individualized plan of care. Possess the ability to work without direct supervision. Excellent IV skills Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns. Actively participate and collaborate with the Medical Director and management in the organization's Quality Assurance program. Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures. Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. The ability to cross promote all the services that the spa has to offer (i.e. chemical peels, skincare, body sculpting, hormone replacement therapy) Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa. Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls. Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required. Be on time on your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service. Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management. Minimum Qualifications Current Texas license, or eligible to apply if licensed in a compact state Minimum of 1 years' experience as a NP/PA Hormone, peptide wellness experience
