Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Spa Associate with a passion for wellness and hospitality. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service, assist clients with products and services, support retail sales, and help maintain a relaxing and welcoming spa environment. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Assist in product demonstrations and educate clients on spa services and products Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain inventory levels through stocking and merchandising efforts Upsell services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure cleanliness and organization of the spa environment Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and record keeping Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries with professionalism Apply basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales Experience Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele Familiarity with phone etiquette to manage client calls professionally Experience in grocery store settings or similar environments is advantageous Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members Why join our team?
