We are seeking a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who is motivated, professional, and ready to specialize in waxing. Job Summary We are looking for energetic and motivated Wax Specialists / Estheticians to join our team. No prior waxing experience is required, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities Perform professional full body waxing services, including male Brazilian waxing Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times Provide a welcoming, professional, and high-quality client experience Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products and add-on services Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms Follow all studio protocols and operational procedures Contribute to overall studio performance through service excellence and sales Requirements & Qualifications Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Texas) - required Previous waxing experience preferred, but not required (training provided) Willingness to learn and perform all waxing services, including male Brazilian waxing Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and client comfort Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable recommending products and service enhancements Availability Must be available to work at least one weekend day Holiday availability required What We Offer Comprehensive training program Tips and performance-based bonuses Career growth opportunities within the company Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to develop expertise in a specialized waxing technique
