Dual Front Desk / Spa Attendant

Banya 5 is a modern take on the traditional Eastern European spa, right in the heart of Seattle. We facilitate relaxation and rejuvenation in a social atmosphere. In addition to a dry sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pools, we offer services like massages, salt scrubs and mud wraps.

Job Description:

As a dual Spa Attendant/Front Desk employee you'll be the face of the organization, interacting with both VIP members, weekly spa users, and new clientele.

Duties:

Monitoring and maintaining pool chemistryLaundryTea and water lounge upkeepSpa facility cleanlinessHourly cleaning and sanitizingAnswering phones and text messagesBooking and managing the service scheduleChecking clients in and out of the facilityMonitoring the client waiver processIssuing and redeeming gift certificatesCreating invoices/ Receiving payments

Skills and Abilities:

Intermediate keyboard skillsStrong ability to multi-taskProfessional demeanorAbility to thrive in an extremely physical environment where multi-tasking and organization is key.

Ability to adapt to the day and switch between roles as needed.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 60lbs throughout the day.

Must be able to quickly and safely move up and down stairsMust be able to work standing for the majority of your shift.

Must be able to work in a warm and humid environment.

Reception, hospitality or appointment booking experience.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be of high moral and ethical standard.

Part-time Dual Attendant/Front Desk:

Hourly wage is $21.92 per hour.
