We are looking for a therapist who provides high-quality, customized Massages to clients in a professional and caring manner, someone who maintains a friendly and caring attitude towards clients and enjoys working in a health and wellness-based environment with a dynamic team of multidisciplinary professionals. Essential duties include performing professional quality massage within scope of practice and licensing and in alignment with policies and protocols, utilizing approved modalities, in accordance with applicable law. Designing specific sessions based on patient individual needs. About Us We are a full-service day spa offering massage, facials, body, hair and nail services. We have been open for 18 years and have grown continuously in those years. The owner has 26 years in the industry and had a massage license. We have a growing reputation for providing high-quality and customized services. We pride ourselves in having waiting lists daily along with a large regular following. We are looking for someone to become a part of our amazing team and work together as professionals. Duties Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs Perform professional quality massage, within the scope of practice and licensing Set up and clean room between appointments Listen to and deliver upon client requests and needs Creates excellent client experience through friendly and helpful attitude Completes chart documentation accurately and completely Qualifications Massage Therapist licensed in WI Schedule Full time and part time openings Flexible schedule. Only 9 service rooms with availability on certain times and days. Salary (range) Guaranteed hourly pay based on experience. Non service and Service rates along with commissions on nights/weekends and specialty services. Benefits Bonus compensation on Specialty services/ nights/weekends Continuing education in house and $200 paid a year Paid for no show appointments and open times (set up, between services and clean up times) Fully booked Schedules/ waiting lists daily and all schedules are taken care of for you by the receptionist.
