This role is responsible for supporting daily operations, assisting customers, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, and promoting Tennacity programs and services. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced community setting, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service while contributing to a fun, inclusive, and team-oriented culture. Responsibilities Welcome and assist members and guests by answering questions, directing customers, promoting Tennacity programs/events, and supporting sales of snacks, beverages, and athletic merchandise. Manage daily facility and operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, maintaining organized retail and storage areas, monitoring courts and safety, handling reports and inventory, and using business systems for scheduling, reservations, and timekeeping. Requirements Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using technology and business systems, reliable with attendance and scheduling expectations, able to perform light facility maintenance and organizational tasks, and willing to learn Tennacity systems and procedures.
