Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product inquiries, including lighting design, layout planning, and renovation ideas Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to maximize sales opportunities in lighting, interior design, and remodeling categories Manage stock levels through stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, processing transactions accurately and efficiently Support inside sales efforts by engaging with customers both in-store and via phone or online inquiries Maintain store cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming environment for shoppers Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions Previous retail experience or familiarity with retail math, merchandising, or product demos is preferred Knowledge of lighting sales, interior design, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), SketchUp, or layout design tools is advantageous Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently Organizational skills to manage stock levels and assist with merchandising strategies Enthusiasm for learning about renovation, remodeling, construction, and maintenance projects Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward upselling and account management Join us if you're motivated to deliver exceptional retail experiences while honing your sales expertise!
