Summer Reunion Associate (2026 Summer) Saint Mary's College - 3.7 Notre Dame, IN Job Details Part-time 23 hours ago Qualifications Web design Website maintenance Filing Clerical experience Entry level Full Job Description Main duties include: Copying & scanning paper registrations Filing registrations Assembling name tags and packets Reunion preparations (gathering items from storage, running campus errands, assisting with mailings, etc.) Website maintenance (updating registrants weekly) Other duties as assigned
Hours:
8-10 hours weekly Must be Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise discussed/approved
Requirements:
Able and willing to do clerical/office work Basic web design skills Flexibility
