Full Job Description Guest Experience Associate Reports To:
Director /
Retail Manager Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests. Assist with ticket sales, kiosks, and guest questions. Operate and assist guests with the interactive jump experience. Promote and sell museum merchandise, food, and beverages. Restock inventory and maintain clean, organized guest and retail areas. Assist with events and other museum operations as needed.
Expectations:
Ensure guests leave happy and have a memorable experience. Work as part of a team and assist coworkers when needed. Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times.
General:
Make sure guests receive courteous, friendly service and leave HAPPY! Continually work with a team concept. Assist others in any area when needed and you are able. Treat all customers and fellow employees with respect and courtesy. Position is an "at will" employment job. The employer can terminate an employee at any time for any reason, except an illegal one, or for no reason without incurring legal liability. Likewise, an employee is free to leave at any time for any or no reason with no adverse legal consequences.
